PRIME LOCATION - HEATED POOL.

4 bedroom 3 bath vacation rental located in the heart of Port Aransas 1/4 mile to the beach. Spacious, well equipped kitchen with granite counters, lots of cabinets and storage, open to living and dining area with high ceilings. Tile flooring throughout. Extensive decking in front and back of home to enjoy the sun and sea breeze.

2 master bedrooms and baths with King beds. Third bedroom with King bed and the fourth bedroom is a bunk room with 3 bunk beds.

Plenty of covered parking under the house. Massive gas grill and shrimp boil burner and pot are here too!

Sand Castle Drive is a lively street with direct access to the beach. Easy golf cart access to town and the beach. Easy walk to the beach!

Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests. Accurate guest counts must be provided so that we can provide sufficient towels and linens and supplies. Additional guests are $25 per stay. NOTE: The top bunks are for children less than 100 lbs. only. This house is ideally suited for 3 adults couples and some children therefor we recommend no more than 6 adults in the house.

The front steps and driveway are covered by a security camera on the front porch and is recorded anytime motion is detected.

NOTE:

Golf Cart usage is subject to terms and conditions that are in the home rental and golf cart usage agreement and is not guaranteed. You must complete the rental and golf cart usage agreement including full contact details and you must text any operator's driver's license and proof of insurance to us before they operate our cart. Instructions will be provided after your booking is complete.

We heat the pool Nov 1 to Mar 31 to 90 degrees. Heating to higher temperatures and other times can be arranged for a fee. The pools are serviced twice a week and will require occasional closures to allow chemicals to dissipate. This is usually no more than a couple hours. There are no refunds for occasional pool closures for cleaning, repairs or maintenance, or if pool temperature is undesirable.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

NOTE: Golf Cart usage is included but is subject to a separate agreement and you must text your driver's license and proof of insurance to us before you operate our cart.
